SMS Alerts & Messaging Program
Program name: Vigil Infrastructure Alerts by MadGroup, LLC
Description: MadGroup, LLC operates an automated infrastructure monitoring system (Vigil) that sends SMS alerts to authorized system administrators regarding uptime, job counts, and system health. Messages are sent only to individuals who have explicitly opted in by configuring the Vigil monitoring system.
Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on system events. You may receive up to 10 messages per day during normal operations; more during active incidents.
Message and data rates: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.
Opt-in: Users voluntarily opt in to receive supplemental SMS alerts by submitting the enrollment form at www.madgroup.com/sms-opt-in. SMS alerts are optional and not required to access any MadGroup service.
Opt-out: Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. You will receive a confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.
